THERMAL ANALYSIS

Products and molds have many different external forces and environments that affect how they function. Thermal conditions can range from very high temperatures that may soften the materials or make them change shape. The temperatures may drop to very low ranges that may make the product very brittle or difficult to function. We  use thermal analysis to review the products and associated manufacturing processes to ensure that the final product functions properly within range without failure. The production process also can get reviewed so that the cooling time of the plastic is within target goals and that the injection mold performs according to required cycle times.
